HOMECOMING 2025

What is Homecoming? According to Wikipedia, Homecoming is the tradition of welcoming back former students and members and celebrating an organization's existence. And so that’s what we are going to do!

LET’S CELEBRATE OUR EXISTENCE!

Who: All 6th graders and up who have participated in Portland Drama Club classes or camps. Come hang with your theater friends! We are limiting the party to 75 students maximum this year.
What: An evening of reminiscing and being together! Eat treats! Sing songs (or not- no pressure) Dress up, dress down whatever you want. (there is no dinner served- just lots of treats)
Where: Saint David of Wales; Parish Hall (please enter through the blue door)
When: Saturday, September 27, 7 - 9:30
Why: TO CELEBRATE OVER ONE HUNDRED PDC SCENE NIGHT’s, SHOW MEs AND SHOWS and the hundreds of kids who have come through our doors in the past 9 years. AND we love hanging out with each other!
How much: $30
No one gets in without being on the ticket list at the door. Kids will be signed in by a parent and signed out. All kids must be picked up no later than 9:30pm.

This is a PDC community kid event with limited entry for safety reasons. Unfortunately we can not do “plus 1s”. Kids who have not participated in PDC are not invited even with a PDC student. This is not to be elitist, but because we don’t want this to become a wild space where kids from all over descend to party. Yes, that means no bringing dates to Homecoming. Unless someone is singing a karaoke ballad, we’ll save those awkward slow dances for school. ;)

Nope these aren’t all the pictures of the wonderful casts we’ve had. Portland Drama Club has performed over 75 live, full productions and more than 10 online shows, 20 K -1 class “show mes”, 6 scene nights and lots of other fun trips and events since 2016. In this gallery we are missing all of our tiny K-1 Theater Fun kid classes, scene nights, online classes and shows, song writing and theater design classes!
If you click the pic they enlarge so you can really scan them for those tiny young faces; the first one is our first show in 2016 and our 24 - 25 season is not even up yet!
