THE PARTY PLAN
Based on those poll results from 14 of you here’s what we will plan for:

AFTER THE 2PM SHOW: you will have a little bit of time to mingle with family and friends. then you’ll all change out of costumes and help pack up all props, costumes and some set pieces to load into the truck. 

THEN we will have a small, short gathering for the cast only to hand out our Secret Castmate letters and recap how we think the weekend went (I’m guessing you can plan for this to go to about 4:30). 

THE BIG PARTY will be from 7 - 9:45pm. You can invite friends from outside the PDC universe, but every kid must have a ticket. When your friends come see the show they can show their paid ticket to get a paper party ticket (I will work on those detials with Robin). In other words, your friends need to come support you and see the show! If they simply can’t come see you at any 1 of the 4 shows we’re doing they can pay $7 at the door.

I would like some parent help - especially if it gets to be a very crowded space. I can’t monitor it all on my own. If I don't get parent help I can’t have the party.

Some questions I bet you have: 

Do I have to go to the party at night? 
Of course not, but we do love you and we are a lot of fun. ;)

Can I stay at Imago until the party begins? 
Cast members who do not want to go home before the party may stay. You might be put to work, though, to help clean up or set up. No one is allowed to run loose throughout the building ever. ONLY cast members and parents who are offering help may stay, please. 

If we stay what do you we do about dinner before the party? There are tons of restaurants in the area in walking distance. I won’t have the bandwidth to worry whether kids are eating properly so that will be on your own. Get to know the new neighborhood!
