PERFORMANCES:

Friday July 30, 7pm
Saturday July 31, 2pm and 7pm

WHERE: Imago Theatre, 17 SE 8th Ave

WHO: current high schoolers in grades 9 - 12
(and even grads, but participants can not be older than 19 by show time)

We can’t announce our show until we get approval which could take a while. Fingers crossed - stay tuned! :)

There is no tuition for this camp. Students accepted into the program will be asked to pay a materials fee of $195. This materials fee will help The Troupe cover the very basic expenses like a costume and the rights to perform the show. It does not cover staff, use of the theater and sets or props.
A huge thank you to The Benjamin Buckley Young Actors Fund for making planning this camp possible in the first place.

Auditions are for students currently in grades 9 - 12 (or recent grads who will not be older than 19 at the time of camp)
These auditions are for placement in the camp ONLY.

There will be additional auditions on day one of camp that will consist of learning and singing a song from the show, learning a dance combination and possibly call backs.

Students auditioning should have experience performing in musical theater productions. PDC experience is NOT required and all students from everywhere are encouraged to audition!

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled audition. Time slots are only 5 minutes.
Resumes are highly encouraged, but not necessary.
You will fill out an audition form when you arrive.
Someone may take a polaroid photo of you to attach to your audition form.

AUDITIONS ARE
Saturday January 23
Sunday January 24
Friday January 29

Please prepare a 1 to 1 1/2 minute cut of a song that best shows off your abilities.
We will not have an accompanist.
Your song should be to a backing track provided by you. You can connect your device to our speaker when you arrive. PLEASE DO NOT SING A CAPELLA.
Remember that vocal auditions are never only about your voice and the notes. We want to see who you are and the story you are telling.
