FAQ:
Who needs a ticket? all kids ages 4 - 17. Parents, guardians, caregivers (18 and up) and any siblings under 4 can attend free of charge with their child, BUT the more tickets you purchase the more entries you get into the drawing! Remember it’s a fundraiser! :)

Do parents attend? Yes this is a family event - family members and kids of any age are welcome! Kids aged 8 and older can be dropped off (see below)

Can I drop off my child and not attend myself? Yes - kids ages 8 and up can be dropped off. If they attend the 1pm session they must be picked up at 2:30. If they attend the 3:30 session they must be picked up at 5pm.
Can my child attend the full time 1- 5pm?
Yes - kids ages 8 and up can be signed in by a parent at the door at any time and parents can come back to pick up at 5pm. They must have a ticket to each session + they’ll get two entries in to win! We will have theater games and movies playing with supervision in other areas of the building while members of the troupe reset the rehearsal room between 2:30 and 3:30.
An 8 year old sibling can not be “in charge” of a younger sibling for drop off.

My family can’t attend, but we want to be entered into the drawing for a free camp spot - can I buy a ticket? Yes - we really hope you come but it’s ok if you can’t, Any ticket purchase is an entry into the raffle.

I don’t have a child who wants to attend PDC camp or classes but would like to attend/donate - what if I win? You can gift your winning ticket to anyone you wish! Is your child going to the event with their PDC friend but theater isn’t their thing? That’s ok! Are you a grandparent, neighbor or other family member or friend who wants to support The Troupe? Thank you! Buy your raffle tickets and gift your win to anyone!

*While we will not be giving out candy at our carnival we will have a cookie decorating station, sweet drinks (and coffee for parents!) and popcorn available. Please make sure your child knows their limitations or allergies or family rules around these kinds of snacks as the troupe will not be checking registration forms for allergy information. If your child asks for it they will be given it. If treats or prizes are given out at game stations they will be small trinkets like rings or glow in the dark stickers, etc, as we assume most kids will go trick or treating later and get lots of candy!
** We have a $2000 fundraising goal for this event. All proceeds go to support upcoming productions that are free for high schoolers to audition for. We are still in development, but we hope to someday provide other free or heavily discounted learning opportunities for high schoolers like auditions workshops, specific skill workshops for voice, dance, acting or the biz, etc.
